What is Retrofit Kit?
The Little Giant ladder system that comes with one or two pieces of accessories is sometimes lovingly called as retrofit kit. Most of the Little Giant ladders are all multipurpose ladders. The ladders can be used for industrial as well as for domestic purposes.

The patent for this model is still pending. It is priced around $450. This is available in three models: model 17, model 22 and model 26.
Little Giant Configuration
There are mainly four to five configurations of the Little Giant Ladder
1. A-frame Ladder- the little Giant can be used as A-frame ladder with a click of the hinge.
2. Staircase Ladder- the Little Giant ladder allows one side of the ladder to be extended by one-foot increments.
3. 90o ladder – the adjustment in the Little Giant Ladder allows the ladder to be placed against any vertical surface.
4. Extension Ladder- the Little Giant ladders can be easily converted to a stable extension. This feature allows the ladder to reach rooftops, treetops and so on with ease.
5. Scaffolding – add a Little Giant work plank to form a convenient scaffolding system when Little Giant pulls apart to form two scaffold trestles.
