The Little Giant ladder is a multifunctional ladder system that comprises of the basic components like an inner ladder unit assembly and two outer unit assemblies, which telescope over the inner. The inner ladder assembly has two locking center hinges that allow the ladder system to be configured into A-frame, extension, stairwell, scaffolding trestles.

However, unlike the normal stepladders, this ladder has usable steps on both the sides. The capacity of this ladder is rated as 300 pounds. The ladder can be separated into to A-frame sections to be support scaffold plank with working height of 1’ to 4’.The Model 17 Little Giant ladder will also reduce in size to just 4' 7", making it very easy to store. It has a total weight of 35 lbs. The manufacturer gives a lifetime conditional warranty on this ladder, and it comes with a complete set of directions.

Model 22 Little Giant Type 1A With Work Platform

The extension length of Model 22 is from 11 to 19 ft. it can also be converted into a stepladder of the height 5 to 9 ft and can easily convert to an extension ladder for working outside. It can be used as scaffold too. The storage height of this Little Giant is 5’7 and the weight is 42 pounds. But this ladder used in any position is much more rigid with its locking features and telescoping design, and much more stable with its heavy construction and flared legs on both ends. The Little Giant Work Platform is included and the capacity is 300 lbs. It is used as a brace when using the scaffold feature of your ladder.
